Delivered at scale into senior living, student housing, luxury high-rises in New York, office-to-residential conversions, and garden-style communities across the Southeast, for national developers including NRP Group on build-to-suit projects sold to REITs such as Independence Realty Trust. Relationships with more than 300 fabricators, contractors, and builders across five states.
